Is there a setup fee? +
No, there's no setup fee for any of our plans. The monthly price includes setup, configuration, and onboarding support. For enterprise plans with custom requirements, additional professional services may be quoted separately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately with prorated billing. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or educational institutions? +
Yes, we offer special pricing for registered non-profit organizations, schools, and universities. Please contact our sales team with your organization details to receive a custom quote.
What happens if I exceed my user limit? +
For Starter and Professional plans, if you exceed your daily user limit, additional users will still be able to connect but you'll receive a notification to upgrade your plan. We never cut off your WiFi service.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime? +
All our monthly plans are contract-free. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. For annual plans, you get a 20% discount but the commitment is for 12 months.
